To Our Valued Customers & Friends:

While the world continues to face an issue of enormous scale and uncertainty it has fallen on the individuals and businesses in the communities to step up and do what is right. The Vigliatore Auto Group family of stores has decided that it is time to temporarily close the doors to our stores and ask our employees to participate in strict social distancing measures being recommended by the Public Health Agencies and the various levels of Government.

We encourage our customers, friends, families and colleagues to take COVID-19 very seriously and follow the advice of your local governments and health agencies. We thank you all for your support through these challenging times and look forward to the day we can responsibly reopen our doors and serve the needs of our communities again.

The closures will begin on Tuesday, March 24th, 2020 at Scarboro Subaru, Scarboro Kia, and Rouge Valley Mitsubishi and will be followed by Markham Subaru later in the week. We are no longer accepting new service or sales appointments at any of the dealerships.

The doors will be closed to the public, but we will be spending the next couple of days completing outstanding maintenance repair jobs and delivering newly purchased vehicles. We will get in touch with you if you have pending business with our dealerships and make further arrangements. Any customers affected by cancellations will receive priority booking when we do eventually reopen and will be informed via email.

We will do our best to monitor email and voicemails, but responses will vary and may be delayed. Please follow our stores on social media for updates as the situation evolves.

Until next time – stay safe, stay healthy, and look out for each other.
